Who we are
A supplier, by design
General Energy is one of the flagship companies of First Energy, established in 2016 and now one of the top five solar energy companies in Sri Lanka. Within that group each company covers one part of the solar business. Ours is component sales.
That division is the reason we can supply installers without competing with them. Design, installation and EPC work sit with First Energy; operations and maintenance sit with Fen Care. When you buy a panel or a drum of cable from us, nobody in this building is quoting for the job it is going into.
Stock is held in Moratuwa, at the group’s premises on Bandaranayake Mawatha, Katubedda.

How we work
Trade only, stock held, documents included
Trade only
Installers, EPC contractors, resellers and project buyers. We do not sell to homeowners and we do not install.
Stock held, not promised
Availability comes from the warehouse. Approved accounts see the exact quantity; everyone else sees in stock, low, or on order.
Documents and warranty
Datasheets and warranty paperwork come with the order, and claims are handled locally.
